| The Divine Mother has always been the object of adoration under different names and forms, specially in India. The most venerated ones are the Goddesses Durga, Kali, Sarasvati, Ambika, Sri Lalita and the symbolic form of the Sri Yantra. Many devotional songs sing the glory of the Divine Mother in Her all-embracing, loving and most compassionate moods. We are blessed to have among us the Divine Mother in the form of Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, simply called "Amma", the Mother. One who has met Her and had the good fortune to receive Her darshan, a unique way of huging and kissing everyone individually, will never forget these moments of pure divine love. The Tryambaka -Mantra A traditional mantra directed towards the Lord Shiva. " I bow down before the 3-eyed, that He may help me to free myself from the bondage of the transitory world, like the fruit, who detaches itself from the plant, so that I may attain liberation in the Eternal." The 2 birds have been recorded live at 5 am during meditation-times inHowald, Luxembourg. In the summer, they sing every morning to their heart's content. Eternal Ma The key.song of the CD has been composed in 1998, several months after we had been initiated by Mothrt in India. It is a love-song to the perennial existence of the Divine Mother, the Adi-Shakti, the primevial creatrix of the universe. Amme A musical hommage to Amma's different forms and qualities, mainly Her motherly and divine appearence. Amritanandamayi Jai Jai This is a traditional bhajan composed by Amma and the monks of the Mata Amritanandamayi Ashram in India. Grouss Mamm A song in Luxembourg language, which reflects the devotional attitude of a child to his mother. The ever-present Divine Mother takes evevn better care of the child than his own physical mother. Enjoy the English translation: Great Mother 1. Take me by the hand, because I am your child. Bless me with your love, so that I may unite with You. Amma, oh Amma, Jai Amma... 2. Forgive me all my errors, I am so weak, still unconscious. I do not know what to do if you leave me alone. My darkness is so great, my love still small, not strong, not pure. 3. Take me to Your land, where flows eternal bliss and joy. Take all my problems, all my sorrow away and keep me tight to You. 4. Take me by the hand, because I am your child. You are the sun of our life, Your lotusfeet are our only support. OM Amriteshvaryai Namah The main mantra of the Divine Blissful Mother.
